This is the worst possible place that I have ever lived. Don't let the flowers at the front fool you. As you drive in and around the property you will see concrete that has not been fixed since the hurricane. There are ducks everywhere and they poop all over the sidewalks and entrances to your apartments. There is trash throughout the property that you may see the staff pick up every once in a while. There is dog poop everywhere. Be careful if you park your nice car, motorcycle or boat on property as it may not be there in the morning.
When you enter the clubhouse the management staff is like your at a high school reunion. They are so loud you would think you have five year olds running the place. I cannot believe they even hired the new management. What experience do they have except for acting like children. The laundry room is always filthy, the fitness equipment needs to be cleaned and don't even think about swimming in the pool as I heard that people crap in the pool.
The inside of the apartments are nice, but the walls are paper thin and you can hear the upstairs people walking, talking, playing music/tv, and even going to the bathroom.
Please be smart and find somewhere else to live!

There is also a serious problem with teens going into the fitness room and playing on the equipment in flip flops, jeans, and swimsuits. I saw one giggling girl almost get herself seriously hurt while goofing off not too long ago. Still a few other people come into the fitness room and don't use the equipment, they use it as a lounge to watch television. Today there is a big bash going on at the pool, complete with monstrously loud music that we can hear four buildings away, inside our shut-up apartment! Supposedly using the pool for parties isn't permitted, but there are balloons, a stereo system and a ton of people yelling, laughing and cutting up out there. So either they are flouting the rules, or it's the management doing as they please. The management is lousy and the desk staff is spectacularly unhelpful. Oh and anytime someone decides to rent the clubhouse, NO ONE is allowed to use the pool for the duration of that function. There is always gum on the stairs, folks throw trash into the flower beds from upper balconies. The ducks should GO, as they are only tortured. Roving bands of kids torment and sometimes kill them. Cars hit them (there was a dead one by the side of the road today)and they certainly do poop everywhere. Yet the landscaping service is here almost constantly!
