Long story short - Mother had a stroke, she's now in no shape to take care of herself and I must move in with her. Notified the management at The Reserve @ Gulf Hills, they didn't give two shits. I'm now paying $2000 to be removed from the agreement. $2000 that could go towards the care of my mother. Thanks management!
P.S. The walls are very thin as well, you will hear your neighbors above you talking.
