The Reserve staff is hard to deal with! I had a hole in my floor that the said they would fix after I moved in, so I moved in the hole was never repaired! Then after staying there for a few nights I realized that there was a broken floor joice in the floor above me which mad a loud popping noice when ever the tenant move or walked around in his apartment. So I asked to be moved and the charged me 250.00 to move me! The they put aticker on my motorcycle which cost me 250.00 to repair, my truck was run into then my jet ski was stolen. So I broke my lease and moved out no there charging me a 2000.00 early temination fee and 1700.00 in a bunch of cleaning and fees charge for when I was'nt even there. So needless to say I would not recomment anyone living here it a nightmare!
