With the except of Stephany, the staff at Annandale Gardens is extemely rude. Their answer to problems in the apartment complex is usually to send out letters threatening the tenants with eviction eventhough some tenants, like myself, haven't been in violation. We got the first letter 1 week after we moved in saying that we were in voliation of trash outside of our apartment. When we called to ask about this, we were told that the letter was to all residents not just us and that if we didn't put trash outside of our apartment then there wasn't any problem in getting evicted. But, even the tone of letter was rude. There are also a lot of hispanic people that have moved into the complex in the past year and with their arrival we have had to endure, beer bottles on the steps on a weekly basis (the management staff accused my wife and I of leaving the bottles outside eventhough we do not drink), and loud music from 3 different families at all hours of the day and night. Since they do not speak English, we have to have an officer go to talk with them to get them to turn the music down.
