While we were here we thought it was a pretty decent place to live. It was quite noisy at times which was not usually taken care of. The nightmare was when we left. They kept part of our security deposit, accusing us of leaving the place messy which was a lie. We literally spent hours scrubbing the place down before we left. They also said they kept part of it because the drip pans in the kitchen were messed up, even though they knew we had to buy our own since they didn't have any when we moved in. Mississippi state law says that if you do not refund all of a security deposit than you have to provide notice why within 45 days. We didn't get any until we asked for it. Definitely stay away. Would hate for anyone else to get ripped off.

This apartment complex is awesome - if you want to get ripped off on crack deals. Everytime I tried to get some crack from my neighbors, I wound up getting soap or cooked up baking soda. You can't even trust your neighbors here. It really stinks - literally and figuratively
