I have lived in Annandale Gardens for 5yrs. No problems at all. My building is clean and the people are great not just the office staff. I have 3 girls and I feel very safe with them getting off the bus and coming home w/o any problem. We have police officers living in our building that work a different time so one is always home. Maintance is great!! They always take interest in the children w/ activitys for holidays. Penny, Connie and Roy the entire staff GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!

No I LIVE HERE AND MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE BULL. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THE PEOPLE WRITING THESE REVIEW WERE MOST LIKELY EVICTED OR JUST COULDN'T PAY THERE RENT!! NO SECTION 8 HERE!!
