Oh these are really great apartments if you enjoy dish washers that flood ,airconditioners that dont work, and they will only come out so many times and tell you the same thing. Its easier to call someone of your own.
If you like smelling pot floating in your building, and watching drug deals made in the apartments parking lots and feel its safe for your kids your move right on in.
These are obviously on the lower end of the scale as far as apartments in desoto county. They are not new and not in the best shape.
A neighbor asked to borrow a hammer as she was key bumping her door to get in.
the pool looks nice and grounds mowed ok. but the hell begins past the front exit.
The loud thumping of rap from the skateing rink can be heard until midnight at many of the apartments, go to stateline and riverdale, much nicer for the same money
