A nice place to live and friendly staff. Although there was some miscommunication in the beginning once managment knew there was a problem they worked quickly to make everything right.

I will agree with you only i paid 6 months in advance and when it came time for renwewal i was given two differnt contracts to go months to month or go 6 months I paid one more final month to get out of there and they have the nerve to say i never moved out the next month and then excuse it was a cleaning fee for 400 and something dollars total due. Numer one My dishwasher never worked, Number 2 i never cooked in the apt. number three i only used one bedroom as this was a place closer to my business and went home on the weekends. After many calls to have the air repaired i finally paid to have it repaired out of my own pocket. My car was trashed. I had another car there where someone spray painted something on the ground got all over my car. I set up security camera and there were drug dealers in the parking lot and i would phone the olive branch police department when i would see what was going on. There is a roller rink nearby and they keep tearing down the fence and hundreds of odd people flood your complex snapping car antennas. They claim oh we have police that live here,well when they are there im sure they hide like others. This is not a safe place for single or families. It has become the ghetto of olive branch. Sunshine corporation seems to be doing all they can to not spend a dime on this property. I refused to pay their absobant last month clean up or whatever it was and of course it will go on your credit even though you pay in advance. Then they will call and black mail you oh well if you pay 300 we wil take it off your credit report, then 200 , no it is a matter of principal. I showed the checks and a copy of the lease to my attorney and he said give me the word and he will take this to court to clear it off my credit. So i have to decide to pay him 600 bucks to clear up there screw up in court. Oh have a safe trip to the garbage can. The girl upstairs was locked out and wanted to borrow a key to get in her apartment. It seems these locks are susceptable to something called key bumping,
