I came to the south on a temporary, 7 month stay but I was very happy living at Annandale Garden Apts. The staff went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I had one of the best neighbors and when it was time for me to go back to St. Louis it was really hard to leave. I loved the apt layout and the size of the 1 bedroom. Lots of closet space too. I would recommend Annandale Gardens to anyone that had to relocate to Olive Branch,Ms or the Memphis,Tn area. They treated me like family and a long time friend. I have read some of the other reviews people have written and I didn't have any of the experences they complained about. I had a really nice stay.

I am not an employee and I lived there for 2 years with my children, I would recommend the apartments to all my friends also. Life is what you make out of it, if you have a negative attitude negativity will follow you where ever you go.

I am not an employee either. I have noticed there are lots of people that like to respond, like anonymous from 06/15/2009. It's a shame that he or she had a bad experience and choose to consume their time with apt bashing and then making it a point in saying the people that leave a positive response , "sounds like an employee". Move on in your own life, 'anonymous 06/15/2009', life really is too short. LET IT GO. And I have to say I agree with you 'anonymous 06/18/2009' , so very true. Michael Jackson has passed and Kim Jong Il is freaking out and firing missles again, Iran is pissed again too. Is apt bashing really what you want do do with your life. Peace out.
