Extremely poor maintenance. Upstairs unit flooded into our unit and we got NO RESPONSE after five calls to emergency maintenance. Staff walks thier pets in OTHER tennants yards to do thier buisness, and do not clean up afterwards. Ant/Cockroach problems all over the unit. Constantly changing managment. Smell of marijuana occasionally emitting from neighboring units. Tires being slashed, as well as other vandilism to automobiles. Toilet was cracked in half upon moving in and after six months and numerous calls, was still not fixed. Paint job upon entry into the apartment left us having to have the cable company install new outlets, because the current ones were sprayed over and unusable, (as well as two sets of blinds replaced that would not open after the "spray job"). Had to personally attend to plumbing problems numerous times after failed attempts to get maintenance here. Swimming pools are not locked at night or attended to.

I totally agree with the above statement. I moved into the apartment being told it was a nice place to live. The night we moved in neighbors were beating on walls and playing loud music we started calling the emergency number and continued to call for months. After 3 months we are moving out into a home. Maintaince does not respond for days. Management is very rude. We went to give our notice and they told us we had to stay til the end of the month that we could not move out. We moved the next day. If you are smart please stay away from this place. Management does not take care of anything except the apprearnce of this place to make it look nice so people will move in.
