Our experience was horrible. We had noise problems from our neighbors from day one. Management would not do anything about it. There is an emergency number you can call but nobody responds til hours later and then the music is turned down by then and they make you look like fools for calling. They give you attitude about calling and there not being any noise. The pool at the front of the apartments only opened for one week then they closed it down because it was green and never cleaned it or reopened it. Maintaince is very slow to repsond. Takes them days to get to your problem. My fridge quit cooling and it took 3 days for them to come fix it and all my food was ruined. The only thing that management cares about at this complex is the outside appearance so that it looks nice for people to move in. After only 3 months of this place we had to break our lease and move out into a home for peace and quite so we could sleep for work.
