TOO MUCH MONEY, NOT ENOUGH APARTMENT Where do I begin?? I've lived there 7 months and maintanence still hasn't fixed my list of things broken that I submitted on the first day I moved in. I had to call the local police dept to have my fire alarm installed (after numerous complaints).

Worst experience in my life. I wish I would have found this site before I rented. The staff is unresponsive, not helpful, and I could never get maintenance to take care of my concerns. I moved in and found the air conditioning unit did not work and i could never get anyone to fix this

Depends which building I loved my apt. There was a lot of dog crap on the grounds tho. It was just me and I lived in a 1 bdrm and my building was nice and quiet. The 2-3 bdrm apt in middle was nasty. Broken blinds (pet peeve), trash in grass and stairway.

I was so wrong I thought when I moved in that this place was great. I even wrote a positive review. However, now I know how wrong I have been. Everything bad you read about the Annandale is true. Don't waist your money. The Memphis Ghetto is moving here and it shows. Stay away!
