I'm so glad to be free of that place. It had 3 different managers in the 2 years I lived there. This most recent manager is rude. The pool was out of commission all summer. The hot tub doesn't work. The exterior of the buildings are covered in cobwebs that never get cleared away. The fixtures and appliances are outdated. My air conditioner broke the last month (JUNE) I lived there and never got fixed. The carpets are stained. I was promised a maid service as an incentive to renew my lease and never got it. At one point I was paying $725 a month when the girl NEXT DOOR TO ME IN THE EXACT SAME APARTMENT was paying only $599. One of the toilets ran constantly. I asked them to fix it numerous times to no avail. And here's what takes the cake: they are trying to screw me out of my deposit with a bogus claim about a pet fee, a cleaning fee, and some fee they can't even accurately define! They are money-hungry, impersonal, corporate monsters. The owner lives in Arkansas and obviously cares not for the wellbeing and preposterous treatment of his tenants. Living there was a nightmare. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM EVER SIGNING A LEASE WITH THIS ABOMINABLE COMPLEX!!
