The Staff is a joke and I feel like they all but go out of their way to make your stay there horrible if you cross any of them and dare to get them to work. The staff there really does not care and is lazy. Really, the staff needs to be fired in its entirety and start from scratch. Any complaints are never addressed until it becomes a major crisis. It is a total joke to request a quiet area in the complex. They really do not make any effort to make your living conditions good for serious students.
