I have lived here for three years now, and the first two years were great. I could not say greater things about Campus Walk during my first two years living here. However, the apartment's management changed, and this place went to hell. They lowered the rent to $349/month, but my three roommates and I each get a $20 bill every month saying that we went over on electricity ($80 for the apartment). It never fails. EVERY MONTH LIKE CLOCKWORK. I have resorted to using candles for light when doing my homework, and that is not a joke. If you were to come into my apartment, you wouldn't be able to find your way around because we have all the lights off to try to save electricity. I have done everything imaginable to conserve electricity. Yet, our bills go up every month. Also, they charge a $200 fine for having a grill on your balcony. We had a grill for the last two years, and no one ever said a thing. Now this new management is imposing rules that I can not remember being on the lease that I signed. Oh, good luck finding a parking place ANYWHERE in the complex during Ole Miss game weekends. One day I had to drive in circles around the entire parking lot for ten minutes waiting for a spot to open up. People who clearly do not have parking decals always park in the residents' spots, even though there is a designated area for visitor parking. The management does nothing about it. And don't even get me started on the shoddy appliances in this apartment...AVOID THIS COMPLEX LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
