Overpriced for what it is.

There are a few nice things about the apartment: free tanning, covered resident parking, a pool, tennis courts, pets allowed, private balcony, and your own storage unit.

That being said:
- The tanning bed dates from the late 80s at least and creaks. You have to get management to turn it on for you and they take liberties with their supposed office hours.
- Management accepts your packages since you have a small mailbox and so things don't get stolen if they leave them outside and you're not home. However, again, fickle office hours means they could hold your package hostage for a significant amount of time without you even knowing about it because they don't give you package notices regularly.
- Residents are supposed to let nonresidents know not to park under the covered parking. However, if you get home after 9 or 10, you'll be parking uncovered too.
- The pool is nice; however, rules are posted but not enforced. Gym is nice as well, but not all of the electronic equipment is working and there's been no attempt to fix it in 2 years.
- The tennis court fence is falling apart.
- Pets are allowed, but the deposit and rent increase for them is crazy. Also, students crazily think that the size limit does not apply because I've seen weimaraners, among other large breeds, out and often unleashed.
- The private balcony is nice, but there are new restrictions on what can be on your balcony - such as no grills except on the first floor, etc.
- Cable is included in your rent, so you can't cut it off to lower your expenses. It is a $20 discount from what you'd pay for it otherwise though, if you wanted cable.

Property manager is nice, but a bit self absorbed. She's sat in her car before on the phone and eating while people stood outside the office. Office assistant is new and confused often, but sweet. Maintenance takes a few liberties in entering without notice, except for once-yearly inspections. They are usually in-and-out for something quick like air filters, etc. but notice would be nice. It is also a pain to get them to come out for things like appliance bulb replacement or other things they don't deem important.

Things are outdated, like carpet, kitchen/bathroom wallpaper, and countertops. Supposedly you can paint, but if you don't repaint prior to moving, you'll get charged outrageously. Convenient location and nice apartment, but overpriced for what it is.
