I moved in last August and so far, this has been the best experience I have had living in Oxford. I have lived in many apartments and this one is by far the best. When I go to the office to pick up a package, I don't have to tell them what my name is or what apartment I live in, they know who I am and have it in hand ready to go. I never have problems with loud neighbors, it is always quiet. Occassionally I come home late at night and it is so nice to have a parking space close to my apartment. There is plenty of parking for guests and residents alike.
The rent is a little higher than some other apartments, but you really do pay for what you get. I am willing to pay a little bit more for the peace of mind!
