Overall, it is a nice place to live. There are always quirks with management though. I think it's ridiculous that you have to physically come to the office every time you have the slightest maintenance request to fill out a form. They are also crazy about increasing the rent. I have lived here a year, and my apartment size's cost has gone up $35 in less than a year. I also hate the way things get posted by your door because it looks bad if you're out of town and those things start adding up on your door- kind of like saying "please break in. nobody is at home." Those are just a few pet peeves though.
