Only problem apartments I've ever lived in

I've lived in many apartments and have always had a great relationship with the management and never any trouble. The Links at Oxford treated me like a number and were completely unhelpful with nearly every issue I raised. The hot water heater struggled to keep the water lukewarm, and I had to turn up the TV every time the air conditioner kicked it because it is very loud (which is a pain considering it's central air). Upon moving out, they kept my security deposit completely having cited many questionable issues. When I moved out, the apartment was immaculate. I was charged $140 for having the apartment repainted (which is mandatory and will be deducted from your deposit no matter what, though I've never known an apartment to charge the renter for this in the past) and was charged and exorbitant amount to have a small hole patched. The hole was smaller than a dime and less than 1/8" deep -- I offered the patch it myself but they said that they would prefer to patch it. If I had known how much they would charge for that, I would have done it myself.
