Apparently everyone that has wrote on here is crazy. I LOVE the apartment complex and the staff has always been very helpful. All of these hidden fees people talk about dont really make a whole lot of sense. The staff lets you know when you lease in about all of the charges. My roommate and I have never had any problems with parking on the property. Everyone has always been very helpful to me even if I just needed someone to talk to. The only problem I have EVER had is the large stomping lady above me..but that just comes with living in an apartment complex and specifically asking for a 1st floor apartment. Yes, there are rules but they are no different than any other complex...if having rules is so hard for people to live with I suggest buying your OWN house in the middle of nowhere so you can do whatever you want. Overall, my time here has been awesome!

There are exceptions to every rule. Just because you had a positive experience doesn't mean everyone else did and that they're crazy because they didn't. The majority of the people on here report negative experiences so draw your own conclusions people...
