Horrible Managment, Thin Walls

I lived in the Links in Oxford for 6 months, and this was by far the worst management experience I have ever had in Oxford. Trying to get help from these people is like pulling teeth. If you want cable TV, you first have to lease the channels from their own communication company, and then deal with Metrocast if you want upgrades and internet. A total and complete rip off! I lived on the lower level and could hear almost everything from above. Overall the apartments are cheaply built and management is terrible.
