I called the Maintenance Mgr. or whatever his title is and I was having trouble with my oven and I had to basically walk him through what to fix and how to do it and the ladies in the office are like talking to a brick wall. I have know idea how the place stays in business. Read the lease thourougly because it is very decieving, and do not sign up for a 10am class expecting to rest because the stupid lawn mowers will still have you up at 7am. You are not supposed to have pets but yet I have stepped in dog #&!* several times but yet management does nothing to correct the situation. Good Luck and beware....
