The actual apartments were overall ok to live in. They were new when we moved in though. Number one complaint was definitely the management, namely JoAnna Briscoe. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE person to deal with!!!! As someone mentioned before, for some reason she felt the need to be snooty' I mean come on, you're an apartment manager. AND then when we complained about the mysterious green fungus growing on our walls...she completely ignored my request to have someone come and look at what we found out to be mold growing all over the apartment. After the head people finally came in, {and quickly paid movers to have us move into a new apartment}, they "took care of the problem" by repainting it with Kilz and then moved someone else in shortly after. Two weeks after we get moved in, we are asked to sign a waiver stating that the matter was taken care of and we will not seek legal action against them. After this, JoAnna seemed to be at our beck and call. And oh yes, she was very personal as stated before also. She tried to hit on my roommate who she thought was my boyfriend every single time we had to deal with her...how funny it was when she found out he was ---.

There was never enough parking, one dumpster that was overflowing all of the time and the walls and ceilings were terribly thin. Other than that, maintenance was absolutely great though and the square footage for the price was decent.
