Recently bought a 2 bedroom unit in this complex. The developer has done an outstanding job in renovating the property. New granite countertops, tile, appliances, etc.

Be careful. While they town homes my look nice and shiny new with the new countertops and appliances, there were problems that never were addressed. I rented one of the town homes while they were renovating a lot of the other ones. There were constant plumbing problems, roofs that leaked and our first floor hallway flooded every time there was a heavy rain. I heard similar complaints from many others there. None of these things were taken care of in the renovations. They may have made them look pretty, but there didn't repair the real problems.

Flooding was a problem from holes in the brick. These are not new apartments but most of the inside is nice. Maintence often trys to talk you out of fixing problems. It used to be quiet but they are starting to let in alot of TRASH!!!! Security or " Courtesy Officer" is a joke. But the experience was pleasent. Light bill tends to be extremly high

I lived there and got broken into. only secuirty at the front and back gates. It looks nice at first until you see al the porr work that was done to make them look nice. They are not real granite by the way. They let who ever live there and do nothing about it, such as drug dealers and pot hads smoking in their cars. I wonder why more and more are becoming empty. It is not worth the 799 649 699 whatever it is a month. Besides the really high electric bills due to lack of insulation, mold and flooding problems, cable not ran to the outlets in the wall,fake granite counter tops, trash that lives there, no real security gaurd(except at night but they just sit at the gate and close it down on your car), and lack of keeping the bushes and random trash upkept and looking nice it was wonderful. So if you can live with that then this is where you should live. DO NOT LIVE THERE
