My spouse and I lived in OST for 3 years. The last year we were there is when they began renovating them in order to sell them as condos. We had a lot of problems there. The plumbing was terrible..the toilets backed up often. When ever we had a heavy rain our first floor hallway would floor from under the building (the entire hall carpet would be soaking wet) and the maintenance staff would never actually fix anything. In fact, anything that happened in that town house was blamed on us. He also told us that the hallway was flooded because we ran the water too high in the bath tub upstairs.

Nowadays, the town house look nice inside and out...but in all the time that I was there, I never did see them actually working on plumbing issues while renovating. I have in fact talked to one person who bought one of the condos who has complained about their toilets backing up.
