Flooding was a problem from holes in the brick. These are not new apartments but most of the inside is nice. Maintence often trys to talk you out of fixing problems. It used to be quiet but they are starting to let in alot of TRASH!!!! Security or " Courtesy Officer" is a joke. But the experience was pleasent. Light bill tends to be extremly high.
