Beware: Getting your security deposit back can be a problem. My unit was OK while I was there, but I left at the end of July, the final inspection went just fine, but I still don't have my security deposit despite several request through phone calls and letters. I'm about to start a court action.

We have had a management change in the past week and we are taking care of this issue immediately. We never want anyone to have a bad opinion of us and hope that this problem will be settled very soon.
