After coming upon this site i thought i would write a review to let people out there know about Regency Woods. I lived there for about a year and half and i moved out on Sept. 2004. I don't know who's running the show now but back the management staff was friendly. I never had any problems except for the loss of electricity one night. I called the main office and the maintanece guy which lives at the complex was there within minutes. The guy got it fixed right away and i will point out that this was at like 1AM. So yeah i was happy. The price is good and they treat military folks well. Never had anything stolen and never saw any bad things going on. Kids run around during the day but that's normal. The gym equipment is decent for an apartment complex. I would recommend it to anyone in the area i think it's probably the best complex in Pascagoula and it's close to the base if you're military. Overall i had a good experience. The only reason i moved out was because of my change in duty stations. Another thing i want to put out there is the fact that i was impressed when they didn't try to rip me off upon moving out. I read a lot post on here saying how people left their apartment clean and got charged outrageos fees for nothing. They didn't charge me a dime and my move was smooth.
