Colony Park Apartments

Horrible !! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   This was the worst place I have ever lived !! I only had a 6 month lease and I moved as soon as it was up. I paid $800 a month to feel like I was living in the ghetto. The gate never worked but 2 days out of the 6 months I lived there and I never got to get into the pool because it was shut-down and supposedly being worked on the whole time I lived there(on The Grande ) side. This was the worst management I have ever seen in my life because everyone was rude and unfriendly !! There was never anybody in the office EVER !!! I had to spend an entire weekend with the neighbor from upstairs bathroom urine falling down in my floor because you never got called back from the supposed 24 hour maintenance people. The neighbors upstairs were loud all of the time, they woke up at 3 inthe morning to wash clothes right above my bedroom and the kids that lived there constantly threw trash on my patio and right out in front of the building. This place was like a garbage dump; I feel like I should've gotten my money back or something !!! HORRIBLE !!
