The place is falling apart.

Stairs are broken in 1/2 the pool was closed half the summer and green and dirty....exorcise equitment is broken and dirty.

The mangement does not fix anything no matter how many times you call....street lights to light the parking lot are out...it looks nice from the outside...but they paint over leaks in the ceiling and leave holes in your carpet and loose leases! Dont move in here!

Glad to hear it, i totally agree, my ceiling leaked and they painted over it....wonder who will live there. And we had to join a gym afterall.
