The reviews that were good were obviously from staff who get paid on comm. The maintenance people are rude and never fix anything the first time,nor do they get to you for weeks, we have replaced our dryer 3 times (so have our neighbors)because of the ventilation, the pool was closed half the summer, and always green, looks good in the winter (be aware). The floors are paper thin can hear neighbors taking shower etc. Have gotten many things stolen from our patio. Drug bust couple of weeks ago here. People are bad, bad. Have spiders real bad in summer and had a rodent this winter. Everyone who lives there agrees i promise, we all stand around and gripe about the terrible management inflated rent and the poor service on every issue. Just move somewhere else youll be much happier...we are.
