My families year here was horrendous.
We had problems with maintenance from day 1.
The heat did not work properly in my 3 month olds room and it took 2 weeks for someone to come check.
Still didn't work right.
I finally had to use a snake to drag junk from the ducts.
Then when summer hit the air didn't work.
I went without A/C for almost a month before they figured out our compressor had died.
My wife was never comfortable there and never felt safe.
Now that I have moved out they are trying to charge us $80 for water.
80 freaking dollars.
We never had a water bill over 25 dollars the entire year we were there and they want to charge me 80 dollars.
Do not rent here.
The headaches are not worth it.
There is not a single good thing I can say about this place.
