LOTS of space for storage. Very nice, but had a few maintenance problems.

Crosswinds are very nice apartments. Clean kept and a great place to stay.
My only problems:
I've had to call maintenance on three seperate occasions to have them fix my air conditioning unit. It seems like on the hottest of days, it goes out. But on the plus side, they are pretty good at fixing it the day I call them.
Rent! Rent goes up every year at Crosswinds by at least $20. Next year, a 1 bedroom will be close to 700!!! Don't get me wrong... the apartments are beautiful and very spacious. I love my apartment! But I am NOT paying that much money for a 1 bedroom.
The ONLY reason I am not going to renew my lease this year is because I need to move into a 2 bedroom when my lease is up in January, but I am almost positive they will raise the rent again- which is crazy!
