This is the worst place I have ever lived!!

Energy effecient--my ---!!!! We moved in this past summer 2007, it was extremely hot and our a/c did not work most of the time.

Instead of just putting in a new unit they just kept charging it and telling us it has a slow leak.

The office staff is not very helpful, they are completely rude.

They do nothing about noise control, if fact they get aggrivated if you call about noise problems.

We will not be renewing our lease and we have talked several of our friends out of renting here.

We hate it here and cannot wait to leave.

Do not rent here!!!

I JUST MOVED IN JAN 2008 - STARTED COMPLAINING ABOUT THE NOISE ABOVE ME IMMEDIATELY - STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE - NOW I AM TOLD THAT I HAVE TO COMPLAIN IN WRITING--- EVIDENTLY THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THE CALLS ON THE ANSWER MACHINE AND IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE I HAD NO IDEA THAT THE NOISE INSIDE AND OUT WOULD BE SO OUTRAGEOUS HOPE TO MOVE SOOOOON!!!!
