good facilities, okay management

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Relatively new complex (opened in 2000 or so). Good maintenance. Management sometimes slow to deal with rowdy neighbors. I had to threaten contact with my lawyer to get them to enforce some details of my lease agreement.
