I had to be transferred here after the April 4th storm and its been a complete disaster ever since. The regional manager Deborah is a ----- and has no respect for her workers or tenants. The manager Evelyn is generally nice until you need her to do something that needs results behind it. i.e. fixing things... Everyone is VERY unprofessional and have attitudes out of this world!! I had a leak in my apartment for 28 days until the city of Ridgeland came and inspected. My apartment has failed inspection twice!! Dont move here if you have any other options because the way they're headed they will be condemned soon anyway!

I WISH!! I wish I would have known about this place before I moved in. What Anonymous Is telling you is true. I moved in Jan. 08 and @ first it was o.k. then I needed things repaired. Evelyn is "slow" she is like talking to an old outdated computer. On days that are most important no one is in the office. They have the office closed when they should most be there. Shay was good, but you know how it goes when you have someone who is good around a bunch of unprofessionals. They act like they are doing you a favor. I never expect them to get things right the first time. Ride through the front top of the complex about 5-7 p.m. The grass goes on cut for like a month at a time. The units stink.

I HATED LIVING AT BAYMEADOWS!! This was all we could afford at the time. When were first moved to Baymeadows the pipe busted while were moving in and the manager at the time gave us another apt and half off the months rent. I hated coming to the apartment even though my husband and I lived there. The fridge leaks and freezes my fruits and vegetables, one burner on the stove has not worked since we have been there. I never get to know the managers because there have been about 6 different managers. The managers all have attitudes that are TOTALLY unprofessional, they need training on how to manage a business and talk to people. The grounds are terrible with pot holes in the parking lot, nothing really works, they are always shutting off the water and majority of the time without notice. I was off work one day and I had to go to my mother's house to take a bath because the water was off. There have been two floods in our apartment in less than six months. The first flood the water was off no notice was given and our upstairs neighbor stopped up the kitchen sink to wash dishes and no water came on an they left with the sink still stopped up and when the water finally came on it over flowed into our apartment. I asked the manager about mold and removing the carpet, she stated she would get a mold inspector to our apartment. We have yet to see a mold inspector. The second flood recently happened 7/10/2009, my husband and I came home and our apartment was flooded again, this time in our bedroom (part of it) the entire bathroom (tub and toilet), overflowed)my rugs were destroyed due to the neighbor next door toilet backed up into our apt. No managment did not offer us another apt. At first we said ok, but I asked where are they going to put our furniture and the manager said they were going to put it outside. On that particular day it had rained earlier and I told her they were not going to put our furniture outside unless they are going to replace it. Then, she stated someone well watch it and I told her "no" I do not trust anyone. So, I told her to wait and my husband will take off the day. I called the guy over the apt complex(Joey) and I told him about the ongoing issues we have been having. He stated they were going to fix the burner on the stove and the fridge. We thought the burner was fixed.....NOT. We had to push it in for it get hot and that is dangerous. THIS APARTMENT IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL,UNLESS YOU DO NOT CARE. I WISHED WE WOULD HAVE MOVED WE THE FIRST APT FLOODED. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACE.
