I lived there three years and it was two years too long. In the time that I lived there two apartments burned... one to the ground. Just about every possible thing in the apartment broke at one point in time. What made it worse is that the maintenence never gets around to fix your problems... but would rather stand around the lot and talk. I would wait months and even as long as a year and a half to get things fixed. If I listed it all it would take up this entire page. I just have to give one... in November the apartment didn't have heat and they didn't fix it for a month until I threatened to turn them in. They don't have good cable and so no cable modem... notice all the Directv dishes around the lot. I'm getting mad about them just writing about them. Just don't bother unless you like to get angry.

DITTO! I lived there about 10 yrs! It was nice at first, then got exactly as this person describes it. Changed management companies several times, as well as office staff. That ought to tell us something. I remember the fires, too. I lived there during the first one. Fortunately, it was not in my building, but I felt for the tenants who lost their apartments and all they owned in them. Also seemed like every few weeks, the local law enforcement agencies were taking someone away in cuffs. One very nice neighbor I had got her place broken into in broad daylight there. She moved, as I would have & eventually DID!
