It looks like with the name change "Oakbrook" other changes have occurred for the better. Although I've only been in my place for almost a year, I plan to renew my lease. I had a few minor repair needs but they were all handled promptly. My one pet peeve is the trash dumpster and tenants placing trash outside the container, leaving bags on their patio,etc but that's not a reflection of management. At least the property is cleaned up promptly. There's been a recent fire but again that's on the tenant(s). We now have cable and internet. I doubt that I would have lived here back in 2005.
