Takes maintenence forever to get things fixed, the pest are a big problem. The water problem is a big issue if you don't use alot of water and find yourself paying outrageous water bill due to the sewage problems in the apartment complex. If you don't mind having your water turned off due to this then this is the place for you. ALSO OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE!!! Never in the office when during posted hours. The apartment complex is old. Not worth the money. Yet the office staff can't seem to keep up with their records so keep your receipts or they will claim you didn't pay your rent when in fact the staff isn't doing their jobs. I could go on and on about this dump ......take my advice and look elsewhere.
