I have lived at Lakeshore Landing for about two years. Yes, it's true that the management does not pick up the phones or return phone calls promptly. But other than that, if you go and talk with them in person, they are always great about helping you find solutions to any problems. The manager is very courteous and friendly. The maintenance is generally timely. The apartment community is very quiet and the landscape is just beautiful. I would highly recommend this place.
