Overall, a very average apartment complex. Only big complaints are:

Bathtub creaks alot when you take a shower (and you can hear other people's creaking too)
How long it takes them to fix things (still waiting after numerous requests)

Most of the buildings are split level with 3 stories of units on one side and two on the other. So on one side the "second floor" is ground level and on the other side it's one story up. You'll want a top floor on the three story side of the building if you don't want a flood light outside your master bedroom.

Gates across entrance are a nice thing, but you can still park and walk into the complex without problem. Gates open automatically when leaving.

Ridgeland City Police have been known to park at the entrances and check MS resident status, but I've only seen it once. (To be fair, they do that at all the Apts in Ridgeland)

Overall, VERY average. You can get the same thing cheaper elsewhere in Ridgeland. Rice Rd is a pain to get onto in the mornings (7:30 to 8:15).
