This property was previously owned by Post Properties and I leased from the manager, Wendy.
The complex was great and I loved the staff there when Wendy ran it.
Maintenance was always handled promptly and the office staff always greeted you with a smile.
When the complex was bought out by Case & Assoc.
everything went sour.
Wendy was there a few months and then disappeared.
It sure was a shame.
The office staff and maintenance was never the same.
They changed staff like dirty socks.
The staff always makes or breaks a complex.
I would not recommend a Case & Assoc.
complex to anyone.
