Apartment complexes change owners all the time. It cracks me up when people move into an apartment. They think they are moving into a hotel. It's a rental place for crying out loud. You're always going to have a neighbor you don't like, or a maintenance tech you don't care for, or don't always get your favorite parking spot. And the best one yet is when the rent is late or when it's time to give a 30 day notice.....BUT I've been a great resident. Get over it people...it's just a place to live that's being rented out. Just think, you're not having to cut the grass, buy the new A/C unit or clean the pool. I lived at the Mark when it was owned by Post and Case....it's all the same. The floor plans here at the Mark are the most square footage for your money.
