I have lived at The Mark for the past 3 years. It has been a pleasure living here. The office staff has always been helpful and friendly. Maintenance is very fast in fulfilling any work orders I may have. This is a great area to live in, my neighbors are very nice and the parking is great. I get to park right in front of my apt.

In reguards to bluegolf- apparently you are an extremely hard person to please. You complained about several things and to tell you the truth I have not experienced none of the things you wrote of. Concerning this area as being a hot zone, it doesn't matter where you live. Crime can happen at your new apt. or home. One can never tell what will happen, but I will tell you one thing this property has the best courtesy officer. Between the courtesy officer and the Ridgeland Police Department I feel completely safe.

It seems to me that you are nothing but a complainer and someone that will trash another person's name just because you didn't get your way. The management is probaly glad to see you leave. There is nowhere I had rather be than here at the Mark.
