I am not to satisfied with my living conditions at the mark. A work order was put in the day i moved in. 3 months later that order has still not been attended to. And this is after it was lost once. The management does not seem to care much about what needs attention in the apartments. They do not implement social courtesy rules as needed and let the area go down in certain areas. There is a great need of attention to what the customers actually need rather than putting them off with "I will get that done for you" to get us out of their hair. I will not be recomending this place for NO ONE! I will also be moving very soon to get away from this place. It is not somewhere that you would want to consider.

I agree The Mark needs work inside the units not the outside to make it look pretty. But the inside where you actually live.
