The Mark has reached its age where it is time to replace floors. I am talking about between upstairs and downstairs. You can literally hear anything, and I do mean anything that goes on in the apt. I have tried several times to get maintenance to see what could be done and even tried to talk to The Manager now, but always told they are out on property. But I live on property and I don't see her here.

If you didnt want to hear anyone above you, you should have gotten an upstairs apartment. It doesnt matter which apartments you live at, you will hear noise from the person above you. I live downstairs and havent had any problems with noise from upstairs. I see the manager all the time when I walk into the office. You should have just went to see her if it was that big of a problem
