I would like to say just this much. You can deal with every other thing but not with a property management who doesn't have any kind of regard to it's tenant.

The bad thing:

It's really really old. the floor, balcony needs lot of work. You can't just walk at normal pace in your apartment. It makes noise for every step.

The roads inside the complex has crack every where making it really difficult for driving.

Maintenance is terribly bad. You have to complain atleast 3 times to get someone to have a look at the problem.

The machines at fitness center never works.

Rent gose up everytime, the lease expires.

I have lived in some other states earlier and i have also stayed at different complex in ridgeland. The managemnet has to be the worst i have seen.

The good thing:

It's spacious. You won't find a spacious single bedroom like this one in the same price range.

Parking is adequate.
