Tiny dirty apartments, no storage ,little cabinet space, They take great care of the outside of the apartments but the inside is nasty. Horrible rude management,
Don't plan on getting anything fixed, i lived here 9 months and they still haven't fixed a water leak. They will charge you $350 just if you ever need to transfer to a larger or downstairs apartment. I have a 1 year old am 6 months pregnant and I politey asked if I could please tranfer to a downstairs because I cant carry my baby up and down the stairs anymore being pregnant. Sure! for $350!! Ridiculous! Dont plan on getting any of your deposit back either. they aoutomatically take half and the rest they will take if they find a hair in the floor. you have to have it spotless but when you moved in it was gross. I had dog hair all along the corners of the walls. I really did ot want my baby crawling around in that so I bought a carpet cleaner myself. The carpet was also all tore up where a dog had scratched at it and the nails were sticking up through it. this place sux don't let the outside decieve you!
