Ever since we moved in, we have had problems dealing with management. They handled everything against us through complaints from neighbors, regardless of whether or not it was our fault. However, when I asked to deal with a noisy problem from the neighbor, they were slow to handle it correctly, which led to yet another complaint filed against us.

Regardless of our faults, I've never lived in a place where management was so involved in their tenants everyday life. It feels like we (as well as other tenants) receive numerous fliers on our door.
