I lived at Sunchase when I was still single and needed a roof over my head that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Sunchase had the lowest rent in the area - there are cheaper places to live, but the location is not nearly as safe or convenient. However, this low rent also means you have to share your space with a lot of undesirables. People would just sort of loiter around, play their music really loud, etc.

The staff was generally friendly and helpful, and maintenance was never a problem. Fortunately, this was a temporary housing situation for me, which I knew from the beginning, so I was able to stick it out. I definitely would not have chosen to live there for any extended period of time.
